Both of these dresses are available in multiple colors and sizes go up to a 2x! I like that both dresses have buttons from top to bottom. It is versatile because you can wear it with sneakers during the weekend or during your commute to work. Also, you can use both as a layering piece and drape over shorts, pants for a variety of looks. Play with tucking parts of the fabric in your bottoms, open some of the buttons, etc.
Make sure to add the appropriate dresses for work to your closet and this classic style will give you a lot of opportunities to take them out for a spin.
Although this top is made of polyester, the color and style are the reasons it made the list. Remember one of the requirements is versatility and this top has a closure that allows you to wear in more modest settings as needed. Typically showing more skin (tastefully) around the collar bone helps balance the body out. When you’re covered up more little peaks of skin helps give your body a more flattering appearance. Also, for women with larger chests it helps to break up your chest blessing! Throw on a couple of necklaces and you’re good to go!
This open knit sweater is great casual work clothes for summer because you get the best of both worlds. The open knit fabric allows you to be cool during your commute and warm when you’re inside. This sweater is great for fall as well. See versatility! You can wear this top past September (depending on where you live). I was able to visit BRF today and while the open knit sweater is nice the quality of the yarn doesn’t feel the best.
This linen/rayon blend front button skirt is a great casual work clothes for summer. Similar to the dresses, you can wear this during the weekend and show more leg. The length is great and ensures you are appropriately covered for professional/religious settings.
